Born and raised in Glenwood Springs, CO, Yajaira Ayala has intimate knowledge of the neighborhoods and schools throughout the valley. As a Roaring Fork native, she is well-versed in the area's real estate market and has become invaluable in helping match the needs and wants of buyers and sellers.

After studying business management, social work, and early education, Yajaira obtained her CNA license to better care for others. Caring for others’ needs has always been her calling, providing acts of services and care. With a heart for people and a passion for service, she is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of those around her.

She has been interested in real estate from a young age. After purchasing her family’s first home, Yajaira worked closely with an incredible team in the valley and realized that she wanted to be able to help and educate the Latino community about purchasing homes and real estate investment.

Yajaira enjoys spending her free time with her family and two German Shepherds, Zio and Max. They love hiking and have had the privilege (and stamina) of hiking Mt. Sopris, Storm King, and Capitol Peak!! Yajaira is an outdoor expert when it comes to the Rocky Mountains. She has a vast knowledge of the area and loves helping people explore it.

When she's not in the mountains, preparing delicious homemade meals or visiting local restaurants, this real estate professional comes from a family full of entrepreneurs. She has learned about multiple businesses from the time she can remember, and is excited to offer her clients quick support with all their home needs.
